These Terms of Service govern your use of thesuccessdesigner.com and any services purchased from thesuccessdesigner ("we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services
thesuccessdesigner provides digital design services as described on our website. All deliverables are provided digitally. Specific scope, timeline, and deliverable details are documented before work begins.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at time of order. Orders are processed via Stripe. Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. All prices are in USD.
3. Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally via email, shared Figma files, or Google Drive. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery timelines are confirmed per project before work starts.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications within 5 business days, and supply required materials as requested. Delays caused by late provision may affect delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final design deliverables become your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project closes.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated at time of purchase. Requests beyond the included rounds are billed at our hourly consulting rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
