All thesuccessdesigner services are digital. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when deliverables are provided.
1. Delivery Methods
Deliverables are provided via email, shared Figma files, Google Drive, or direct file transfer in the formats confirmed during your project kick-off. We do not use unrequested delivery platforms.
2. Start of Work
Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. A kick-off call is scheduled within that window to establish project scope, timeline, and required materials.
3. Typical Timelines by Package
- Starter ($2,180.75): 14 business days from kick-off
- Growth ($4,395.50): 28 business days from kick-off
- Enterprise ($8,750.25): 56 business days from kick-off, with phased delivery
4. Delays
Timelines assume prompt feedback and provision of required materials. We notify you in writing of any delay and its cause. Delays caused by late client input do not qualify for refunds.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed when final files are shared via the agreed channel. If you have not received expected files by the agreed delivery date, email hello@thesuccessdesigner.com.
