Discovery

We start by understanding your business before anything else. Who you sell to, what makes you different, and what impression you need to make. The brief we write at the end of this stage drives every design decision.

Concept

Before we produce anything, we define the creative direction in writing and get your approval. Visual references, colour direction, typographic approach. You sign off before we open a design tool.

Design

We work in stages with clear checkpoints, not a single reveal at the end. You see concepts early, give feedback, and watch the work develop. No weeks of silence followed by a surprise.

Delivery

Final files are packaged, named, and organised so you can actually use them. We walk you through everything, explain what each file is for, and stay available for questions after delivery.

thesuccessdesigner started in 2016 as a single-person studio in the San Fernando Valley. Eight years later the work has expanded across most major design disciplines but the approach has stayed the same: fewer projects taken on, more attention given to each one.

We have worked with startups, mid-size companies, real estate developers, fintech companies, wellness brands, and professional services firms. The category changes. What stays consistent is the level of thinking we bring before any visual work begins.

Brand identity projects take 4 to 6 weeks. Website design runs 3 to 5 weeks. Pitch decks average 2 weeks. Packaging depends on structural complexity but usually 3 to 4 weeks. Every project gets a specific timeline before any work starts.

Yes. About 70 percent of our clients are outside the LA area. We work remotely with clients across the country. All collaboration happens over video and shared design tools.

Every package includes revision rounds. If the direction genuinely does not serve you, we have a structured process to reset. We do not disappear when there is a disagreement.

Standard packages are single fixed payments processed through Stripe. For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be discussed before the project starts.
