Our services involve custom creative work made specifically for each client. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before the kick-off call and before any design work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact hello@thesuccessdesigner.com within 48 hours of your order. Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method through Stripe.
2. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once a kick-off call has taken place and work has started, full refunds are not available. We calculate a pro-rata refund for work not yet completed and deliver all work completed to that point in organised file form.
3. Dissatisfaction
If delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concern and revise the work at no charge where appropriate. Partial refunds may be offered where revision is not feasible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after project completion and final file delivery
- Dissatisfaction related to personal preference shifts not connected to the agreed scope
- Failure to provide required materials within agreed timeframes
- Projects where you have approved direction and the work has been completed to that specification
